Not sure what to say?

Cindy,
I just found out about your husband John. I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in our prayers.

Dear Cindy,
I was so shocked to hear the news, I cannot tell you how sorry I am. I was trying to think of what I could say to you since I heard the news and what came to mind was the old saying, it is better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all. Cindy, I envy you. John was a GREAT guy!

Dear Cindy,
I am so sorry for your loss. John was a wonderful man. I remember him so much when we used to get together at Jen's house. He would laugh all the time. My prayers are with you and yours. Take care.

Cindy, cannot begin to express how sorry we are for your loss. John always had time for others. He was a true gentleman. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.

Gayle, Words cannot express the sincere feelings of sorrow and empathy I have for you and your entire family at this terrible time. John was one of the good ones and left much too early. I know there is nothing more I can do but to let you know I am thinking of you all.
