Not sure what to say?

John and I would have lunch occasionally and we really hit it off. I didn't work with John but found him to be a real gentleman in the best sense of the word. He was a quality person who will be missed.

Musician,
Gene Parker

As a member of the Kof C in the Irish Hills we want to thank you and your family for the enjoyment that your band brought to us on a annual basis in our Big Band Dance. I loved to dance to your music and wish your family our prayers for your loss.

May the memories last forever.
With condolences,
Wayne Staley

I was lucky to grow up with The Knorrs as my backyard neighbors.I spent many a summer night, as a young girl, falling alseep to the band practicing. Thus the beginings of my love for the big band sound. My father and I send our condolences. Chuck Tasker and Jill Tasker McMillen

My father was a huge fan of Johnny Knorr and loved to listen as well as dance to his music.
With deepest sympathy to his wife and family,

As a professional dancer and owner of Society Dance Club in Toledo, my wife and I were privileged to work/be with Mr. Knorr on many occasions. He was an extremely talented and honorable man. We were very lucky to have crossed paths with him. Our sincere sympathy to the family he leaves behind and may God heal your hearts quickly.

Rose, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Much love to you and your family. -Kathy

Our deepest sympathy to Jane and the Knorr family in their loss. My Dad and John go back many years and I recall the two writing many musical arrangements together. Centennial Terrace was the return of the Big Band Music thanks to John who was well known as I found out being in New York in the 70's. Johns passing is a tremendous loss to the area music industry, but his music will live on. Thousands were touched by his music and friendship bringing in the countless New Years with the Johnny...
