John was an outstanding individual, who will be missed by all who knew him. He represented the medical profession with great zeal by not only serving the AMA but also the radiology profession. It was an honor to have been associated with him as a co-resident in radiology but also professionally.

Excellent radiologist, professional, kind. An excellent co-worker. We will all miss him.

What a class guy..honest, hard working, kind, caring, etc!! He was a physician's physician who cared deeply about patients & his fellow physicians. He was an outstanding mentor to me in Medical politics. Even though he will no longer be physically here, he will live on via many great memories & lessons learned!

Definately going to miss the conversations at lunch at TCs in Battleground. Many condolences to all the family...he will be greatly missed.

To Charlie and the Knote family. My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you. Many great moments at auctions together. He was a very special man.

Mrs Knote and family, so sorry to hear of Dr Knotes death. What a wonderful man. Always smiling and full of praise for the people he worked with. Even when he got called in at 3 am. It was such a pleasure working with him at Home Hospital. Dr Knote, you, your wonderful stories and kindness will truly be missed by all.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

We are saddened to learn of John's death and extend our deepest sympathies to Jan, Andy, Darcy, and Charley. John was a dedicated Christian, living his faith as he pursued his many activities. Although he had many accomplishments he was humble, a man who loved God and God loved him. He set a fine...
