John H. Koncilja Jr.

John was dedicated to service and I enjoyed visiting with him discussing some of the cases he had worked on and some of my investigations. I miss his knowledge and wisdom.

John was a mild mannered man of integrity who inspired me in my later life endeavors. I miss his counsel. RIP John.

It was an honor to have worked with John in 1971. He was a mentor, leader and role model who afforded a young guy like me (at the time) an opportunity for a long and successful law enforcement career. I left Colorado in 72, and passed on the skills I learned from John to others. The world is a better place today because of men like John. My deepest condolences to family and friends.

John was a good and loyal friend. He was a dedicated and talented police officer and investigator. John was a man of integrity and honor and I am proud to say he was my friend.

John was such a kind man. He was always willing to share a story or give advice and I will truly miss him.. RIP John! Condolences to his family and friends..
