I count it a true privilege to have known John Kool. What a wonderful, kind-hearted man. While it has been many years since he worked at Gordon Food Service, he made us a better organization. He will be missed. Our prayers are with your family.

I had the privilege of knowing John when I worked as an equipment and supplies buyer for Gordon Food Service in the late 1970's. John was my go to man for any samples, help or absolutely anything I needed from the warehouse. John helped me in more ways than I can express. He was always a delightful soft spoken man with a genuine kind demeanor. He
will be truly missed! We have lost a truly great man here on earth, but heaven has gained another angel!
