Not sure what to say?

Thank you, John, for being a role model and mentor to me working at MAPICS, and for being a friend. Doing the right thing, straight talking, operating with trust, really caring for others, those are the ways John lived his life. Rest in peace.

I can remember John's infectious laugh...such a fun loving guy. We were neighbors with John and Jane when our children were growing up and friends at the AAC. We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. We send prayers and condolences to Jane, Brad, Jeff and family. John will be greatly missed!

WE MET AT ROYAL TROON GOLF CLUB WHERE THE OPEN WAS BEING PLAYED IN 1997. I WAS CAPTAIN OF ROYAL TROON & JOHN WAS PRESIDENT OF AAC. A GREAT FRIENDSHIP WAS FORMED AND WE KEPT IN TOUCH OVER THE YEARS WE VISITED ATLANTA, STAYED WITH JOHN & JANE AND THEY CAME TO SCOTLAND & STAYED WITH US. A GREAT GUY & WE TREASURE MANY HAPPY MEMORIES

Met John at Xerox Atlanta April 1980. Even though separated by 2200 miles 6 years later we continued to be friends and work associates at many of the companies listed in the obit. We traveled to many destinations with our spouses and always had a great time. A great friend and work associate will not be forgotten

It was 12 of us who went with John to Scotland for the best golf trip I ever had.

What special family memories you all share, may they comfort you at this time. John always had a smile on his face and a warm welcome. They were some of the first people I met at the AAC, I was very shy and they reached out and made me feel very welcome. John will be missed.

I will always remember John´s tremendous sense of humor, his warmth, and his caring about people. He will be missed.

John and I shared dorm rooms at Western Carolina University our freshman year. We had just started to get to know each other and as we were walking back from the cafeteria, he said "bet I can beat you back to the dorm". We took off and he clipped me by about five yards. What a great friend he became through the years and I will miss him and his kindness and confident demeanor. Great example to those of us who worked in the business world.
