Not sure what to say?

Condolences to Renee, Peggy, and Audrey. John and I were classmates at Ladue grade school and John Burroughs. Many wonderful memories. I remember how we decided to go to JBS. Numerous games of catch in his backyard. Getting picked up in Briarcliff every morning for school by Mrs. Kopolow. Cub scout meetings at his house. Trips to Clarksville with his Dad. John was a great friend from my childhood. Rick Schwartz

On behalf of everyone at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, we are so sorry for your loss. We had the privilege of knowing John when he worked with our Appellate Division. He was an outstanding attorney for the indigent people we represent, and a kind and generous spirit. He helped a lot of people. We are better for having known him.

John was a wonderful attorney, and a very kind, smart, generous, and empathetic friend and counselor. All who worked with him in Baltimore miss him so much!

Remembered many good times in high school and enjoyed our time together at the 50th. We are sorry for your loss.

Renee, Audrey and Peggy,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your family will be in my prayers.

I don't know if this is the man who taught school at Whitfield school in the 70s. If it is the same John Kopolow he was a very kind man. Again,if this is the same person I send good thoughts and wishes to your family. I'm sure all the other students from Whitfield feel the same way. Tim Sheahan

We would like to express our sincere condolences to John's wife and sisters and the entire Kopolow family . We hope there is some consolation he is at peace, but sorry to learn of his passing.
