Dr. John N. "Jack" Kraus

While we did not know Jack, we know his son Greg well; we think the world of him. He is a wonderful man, surely raised by a great father. Thank you Jack. Our condolences to the family. Jack's passing is sad, but his legacy is to be celebrated.

I am standing upon the seashore. A ship, at my side,
spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts
for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck
of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other.

Then, someone at my side says, 'There, she is gone'

Gone where?

Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast,
hull...

Uncle Jack was the best and only dentist I went to in Erie. He loved his job and he loved his family. He was always smiling and always happy. He will be missed. My prayers are with you all and especially Aunt Dorothy,

Dear Greg & Michael and Jack & Diane, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. What a wonderful, kind man he was. I so enjoyed seeing him two years a go when I was in Erie. He was so sharp and I was happy to see he still had that great Kraus smile! I am sending my love and condolences to your family. Cynthia Conner
