Diane and Girls, I am so sorry for your loss, an easy thing to say. I´m looking at the water outback where Jack sold us Rhodes II. At one point he wanted to re-buy it! Jack was a colleague of many years and we shared many stories across the operating table. He always demonstrated the three attributes demanded of any surgeon, availability, affability, and ability in equal measure and was a true mentor and fine example for me to emulate.
