A Celebration of Life for John "Doc" Kroh will be held Sunday, May 3, from 1:00 to 3:00 in the 4-H building at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 1301 Mentor Ave., Painesville, Ohio.
Read MoreI remember Doc Kroh at age 36 when he would come to the barn in Kirtland, he was such a nice man and always took such great care of my horse and the horses at the barn. He was an icon in Northeastern Ohio. Everyone loved Doc Kroh.

What a wonderful man. He was so great with all of our pets and truly showed compassion for his profession. I missed him when he retired, but would see him from time to time, always with a smile. He will be missed.

He and my dad where great friends for years, now again they can both rest easy, and trail ride all day long.....another great is gone.
