We the King family will miss John, he was a very dear friend to us for over 40 years.

What a shock, Mr Kurtz was once our lawyer, he was a kind man, he was always ready to help us. Our family will miss him. May he rest in peace.

I had just run across the obituary for John. He was my attorney on and off for many many years. He is a very awesome man as well as an awesome attorney. My sincerest condolences to his family and those he loved and loves him.

John, you were my attorney and then you became my friend. You are missed.

I remember great times at both John Carroll and Juvenile Court with John. Rest In Peace, John.
