Back in 1994, I applied to become a Middletown Police Officer. While going through the process, I was assigned to Officer Labbadia, who was going to conduct my background investigation. We hit it off immediately. Johnnie told me what the expectations were and what forms, paperwork, and other information I needed to submit to complete the process.
