Read MoreDear Rita and family, I was saddened to read of John's passing. My mind goes back to the Valuation Dept. of what was then FHA, and John sat across from me. Later, when he became head of Administration as FHA became known as HUD, he took me into that dept. as receptionist and later Admin. Services Assistant. He was always a kind, gentle man. I will always remember him. My deepest sympathies to you all.
