To my friend Patty and the precious LaForge children and their families:
My husband and I have known you, Patty, and John for many years. And for these I am grateful. John's passing was a shock, as it was to everyone. His vibrancy of life was always evident, his fearless convictions inspiring. His energy, laughter, and love for God will always be missed--and in his absence, a memory to continually draw from and inspire. He has left his signature on our hearts. Thanks be to...

I am really at a loss for words right now and my heart is hurting terribly. I've only known John for 2 years but he was truly a sweetheart and a very caring person. He has helped me accomplish so much and I have learned a lot from him in our therapy sessions that I will continue to carry with me everyday. My prayers go out to the family. Stay strong guys, John wouldn't want any of us to be sad!
