I knew coach from his days on Akron U. coaching staff. Being a student manager for the football team, I had daily contact with John at home & on road trips. He was a great person & will be missed by everyone. From the line at the funeral home waiting to pay their respects, everyone must have felt the same as I did. He was a great man.

John was a great man and a wonderfull human being. He will be missed by all who ever knew him.My condolences to family and friends.

Judy, Laurie, Beth, Terry and Little John:
I'm deeply saddened to hear about John's passing. He gave so much to so many!
I didn't spend near as much time with him as I did with the rest of you but it was very obvious how great a father/husband you had helping to guide your family. I have many memories of what time I did share with John and several comical moments where he made me laugh. One being 20 years ago where I asked him to play softball at the Baker's picnic. I said...

To the Lahoski Family,
There are not enough words to describe a genuinely nice man as was John Lahoski. He was special to all who knew him and will forever be missed.
