My condolences to John's family, John and I were friends since childhood we grew up together on Connecticut Ave. We rode the Connecticut Transit Bus to Burdick and Rippowam High. Like many of us after high school John served his country proudly. We met again when John joined the Post Office. John was always making us laugh and making fun at the crazy things we did growing up on Connecticut Ave. He was very proud of his children and talked about them often.
