JOHN LAMBES

John was an amazing guy. Every time he came in it made it a point to say hello and talk to me and make me feel appreciated. He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a great addition to the choir at IC. A wonderful, gifted tenor. But I appreciated his role as husband, father and grandfather even more. His gifts of family and of music will live on.

I remember many busy, fun-filled summer festivals with John and his family. I could always count on seeing the Lambes clan operating the soft drink booth, regardless of how cramped they might be from the truck's low ceiling (and how they were able to contend with all those bees is a mystery I could never solve!). His music ministry is just one more set of happy memories I'll carry with me for years to come. RIP John. Thank you for all you did and for the fine family you and Pauline raised.
