I just love this picture of Uncle John...he was so handsome.
My Uncle John was one of the best Uncles anyone could ask for, and don't tell any of my other uncles this, but I'm pretty sure he was my favorite, too. He had so much character and a heart of gold.
I can't think of a single person who could make eggs over easy like he could (Johnny Eggs). I also can't think of a time where he broke the yolks...he was amazing at it! And unfortunately, he didn't teach anyone how to make them like he could...
I love and miss my Uncle John,...
