John is a co-worker, but more importantly, a friend I will surely miss.

It seemed like only the other day that we spoke and you tearily told me you were sick and to please not tell anyone. You were such a proud man.
Both Rich and I will greatly miss you and your wisdom about the stars and the clear nights when we would all take turns looking through your telescope in the middle of the parking lot.
