Not sure what to say?

Even though John and I both worked at the Westhollow lab in the 1960s and 1970s, I knew him mostly for our friendly Shell golf league matches after work at Cloverleaf. John had one of the smoothest golf swings but didn't always know which direction the ball would go. His passing is sad certainly, but he lived a good life, let us hope that can some day be said about the rest of us.

We are so sad to hear of John´s passing. We remember him fondly.

Carol, I´m so sorry for your loss. Thinking about you during this difficult time. I know you will miss John.

Carol, Jean and I are so sorry to hear of John´s passing. I enjoyed knowing and working with John during our several years together in the Lubricants business. We had adjacent offices and enjoyed sharing stories about growing up in St. Louis and southern Illinois. We also enjoyed spending time with you and John at Shell events and the Shell Houston Open. Condolences to you and your family. Jean and Chuck Shepherd

Always enjoyed working with John especially his "can do attitude" no matter how difficult the challenge. A favorite golf partner....he will be missed by his many friends. Condolences to his wife and family. Dick Garnett

Carol - I loved working with John for many years. He was a class act and was always available to chat about business or life issues. I will always remember his sense of humor and his love for you. A full life and well-lived. Our condolences - Rogan & Marie

Carol, Barbara & I offer our deepest condolences. As you know we loved John & you very much as did all of his Shell Lube & business colleagues. We miss you. Barbara & Steve Jones

John was my great friend for decades. He always was a positive influence on me. He and I coached little league and were constantly involved in community projects. He was on our fire dept board of directors and then the water district. John, Carol and I car pooled for several years and there was never a dull moment making the drive more bearable. Carol I hope you are ok, please contact me when you can. Fred Windisch and Windisch family.
