Just happen to look up John LeBaron on the net, because I was thinking of him, as he inspired me to have a successful career in commercial and Art Photography.I have the fondest memories of John as my teacher at Santa Rosa JC back in the 70's

John was a very important person in my life. He influenced me in so many ways. He will always be a part of me.
Student via early 90's

Gaye, Suzi, Tony, Trent I felt as if I was part of the story. Your story, but in reality I have been an observer all the while of John and Gaye. What I noticed was a coupling of two generous spirits who breathed life into a community, a place, a physical presence John and Gaye graciously and seemingly effortlessly allowed us all old, older and oldest to observe, drink in and relish. Gaye I'm very sorry for your loss. Have always enjoyed what both you and John have given our community. The treasures of his photos will live with us forever.

John I remember to this day. The things that you have told me like get the ball in the picture , Look for patterns . There are good all around but some people do not see them. It the man behind it not the camera. I will miss old friend and teacher

Gaye, I was saddened when I first learned of John's death. My heart goes out to you as I know he was an adored husband and companion in so many of your endeavors. The two of you made a huge impact for many years on those of us blessed to live in Sonoma County. It is a legacy you can look on with great pride. Know I'm praying for you, Suzi and Trent as you begin to live in a new reality. Much love, Sharon

Gay, so sorry to hear of the passing of John. I didn't know him personally, however, he and you together added so much to the history of Sonoma County.

To the community, and especially to you, Gaye, we all mourn the passing of a fine man. Know that you are not alone; you have an entire county beside you helping you to cope with your loss.

Sorry to hear of John LeBaron's passing passing. I
