Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers to the entire family. I will always remember John as an extra dad as I practically lived at the Ledbetter's my entire childhood. I have so many memories that make me crack up and smile to this day. My mom is right and you all are a very strong family and will be there for each other and keep his memory alive. Hugs to you all! xoxo

My forever nickname from John... "freckles" :-)

My prayers and thoughts are with the whole family. I am truly sorry for your loss.

We knew John as "John, the box man". He made wonderful cedar windmills for us and was ever striving to improve them, which he did. He was kind and happy to see us, not minding if we were busy with customers. He would just patiently wait until we could converse with him. His windmills adorn yards across the county. He will be deeply missed and know that he has a special place in our hearts as well. He was a good man.

John, the world is going to miss you! You were one of the kindest people I've ever known. You never spoke a negative word about anyone...Instead you focused on only the good! I will miss your phone calls and friendship. To Leala, Laura, Christina and Nyles - I am thinking of you during this time and will see you Saturday. Love, Brenda

To the family of John Ledbetter you were so lucky to have such a wonderful man for a husband, father, and grandfather. Love to all of you Evelyn Ryker Johnson
