Not sure what to say?

David and Michael and family, you have my most sincere condolences.
I will always be grateful for the role that John played in my life. In high school, my future husband, Brian, and I would visit your home. Your dad would play piano, Brian would play guitar, and we would all sing songs together. Wonderful times. Our friendship continued when Brian and I attended UT Austin. John and the two of you would come up to go camping at McKinney Falls, and Brian and I would often meet you there...

David and Michael you have my sincerest condolences. I lived in the same park as you guys did when you were younger on North Austin Street in Pearland. I lived right by the mailboxes.

Mr. Legrand would take me to the high school everyday and bring me home. This was in the late 70s all the way through 1981. He would drop you boys off and then we would head off to the high school. I took Spanish with Mrs. Thomas. So Mr. LeGrand would speak to me in French and I would try to speak to...

I lived in the same park on No Austin St as Mr. LeGrand and his sons. Mr. LeGrand took me to and from school daily. This was in the late 70s through 1981. He would drop off the boys and then we would go to the high school.

I took Spanish with Mrs. Thomas and so Mr. LeGrand would speak French to me and I attempted to speak to him in Spanish. He was always so full of energy and life.

I lived right in front of the mail boxes. I don't know if you guys remember me. David is...

Sincerest condolences to Mr. LeGrand's family and friends. I did not have the privilege of studying French with Mr. LeGrand, but I remember him well. He was a kind, loving Soul and was a very positive presence on the Pearland HS campus. I am glad he was able to fulfill his dream of being a Park Ranger in the beauty of Bryce Canyon. Love and Blessings to him and his family.

Mr. LeGrand was one of my favorite teachers in High School. His class was SO FUN. He gave me a great foundation to continue learning French when I went to college and gave me a love for bocce ball. He was such an incredibly kind man. RIP Monsieur LeGrand.

Mr. LeGrand was a sweet, kind, patient, and very passionate teacher. He was just a ray of sunshine. God bless him. Godspeed, Monsieur!

I did not attend Pearland High School, but everything I heard about Mr. LeGrand was always inspiring and positive. I know for sure he made a difference in so many lives.

My condolences to Monsieur LeGrand's family. Though I was probably only a mediocre student of French in high school, Monsieur LeGrand set me on course for a lifetime of learning languages, of other cultures, of the world beyond my doorstep. We're all fortunate to have those special teachers in our life and Monsieur LeGrand was one of mine.

My condolences to you' the family. Mr. Legrand was the most amazing teacher and friend. I had the most amazing privilege to get to go on a trip to Europe with him. I am sad for your loss. I hope you know what an amazing man' and dad he was. When I was in high school he talked about his "boys" constantly. He loved you dearly. I hope you know that. I can only imagine how much he loved grandchildren and extended family. My prayers are with you all.
