To John's family: I am very sorry for your loss. He was a special person. He always had a smile on his face, and I remember him seeing me in the hallways at school or in church and shouting "Hi ya Freddie." Even now, almost 40 years later, thinking about his kind soul makes me smile. The world was a better place for his having been in it, and we were better for knowing him. Anyone who can bring a smile to your face on a regular basis is indeed special. May he be at peace.

I am so sorry to hear about John. I remember John from school. He was always friendly and cheeful and always said Hello I wish there were more like him in this world.

John was our neighbor and will be missed in the neighborhood walking his dog, mowing lawns or shoveling snow. John never missed attending church on Sun. and was very friendly to everyone. Again his joking and comments always brought a smile to our faces and so willing to help! He was even on TV 8 for the passing forward of 500.00 that was needed by a waitress where he ate daily meals! He really was a helper when needed !!
