Not sure what to say?

To the Lemons Family:
I was a nurse who took care of Mr. Lemons when he visited the hospital a few months ago. He was a wonderul man. He always had such a bright outlook even in grim circumstances. I remember him having his wife call some of their friends right after Christmas to wish them a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year. This brought tears to my eyes. What a wonderful man, one who thought of others before he thought of himself! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I well remember the Jewel Box, next to the Colonial Theater.
Oh Galax and its main street, that we use to direve up and down (to be seen) and then park to watch who was driving by. those were great days and the businesses on main street made it the best place to grow up!

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.

Dear Maryellen, Phil and family,

We were glad to get to know your Dad and know he will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him. Gary has fond memories of playing golf with Johnny, Phil and Lowel. Love and prayers.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Johnny always was very friendly and very much a people person. We know he will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with Thomasine and family.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Thomasine and family,
Shirley and I send our love and prayers to you all. Johnny was my mentor and dear friend for over 38 years and he will be missed. Countless times I made decisions based on his advice and training and I never failed following his advice. He led so many by his example and he will be missed by us all. Peace!
