I'm one of Jack's many cousins (17 of us); his father and my mother were brother and sister. I left Indiana 41 years ago, and had the chance to know Jack as an adult only in the past year that we've been emailing. He was intelligent, well-read, funny and supportive. I'm going to miss hearing from him, my cousin and my friend.
