John Little

I had the pleasure of knowing John throughout my six years at the University of Kansas. We would share a seat together on the bus to campus and discuss mathematics and music. He always treated me with respect, dignity, interest, and compassion. His consideration was always most appreciated. We had intended to get together so that I could teach him the music for some of my musical projects because he expressed his enjoyment of my music. Once, I played the acoustic guitar for him in my office....

I remember John as a student. He attended many lectures, and I assumed he was interested in most things. My condolences to his friends and family.

I remember meeting John when I was in graduate school. He always had a smile on his face and was eager to learn. His inquisitive mind will be missed.
