John and I served together in Brazil. He was a great missionary that all who knew him loved him. He lent me his car while he was serving in Vietnam. He asked me to help research opportunities in South America where he planned to move if he survived his tour in the army. He was a great friend and an outstanding gentleman. My love to Dora and the family.
