John was born on September 6, 1992 and passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. John was a resident of Fremont, Ohio at the time of his passing. Visitation will be on Sun. Jan. 17 1-7 p.m. at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home Cremation Services Fremont. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. at Victory Church on Mon. Jan. 18; where there will be an hour of visitation beginning at 9 a.m. Rev. David Banks will officiate.Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens Clyde. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pontifex Fremont.
