My deepest sympathy to his wife and the rest of his family. I was his friend and coworker at Iron Mountain VA. He was a great friend, an excellent family man, and an amazing, compassionate physician who always wanted to help his patients. Dr. Jacob Saba

Dear Mike and Kiki,

Steve and I send our prayers at this difficult time. Your dad gave witness to his love of God and set an example that we all wish to follow. He knew the important things in life and shared his wisdom with others. May you find peace and comfort knowing he is now experiencing what we are all seeking.

So sorry to read of Dr Lown's passing,
he was a very special man.
Thank you Dr Lown for all that you did
to help others through the years.

I will remember Dr. John as a man who loved and trusted in the Lord. I will miss seeing him in church bible study and sitting in the row ahead of my family during church service. I will cherish the memories of his hugs, stories, and genuine kindness.GOD bless Connie and wrap your loving arms around her giving her your love and strength.
