Not sure what to say?

John, your birthday is fast approaching us. I want you to know that Pam is going to be in great hands with me on your birthday. We are going to be pampered all day at the Lifetime Fitness spa. Who needs Valentine's Day when you've got girlfriends. I promise I am taking excellent care of her and she will smile because it feels good. She'll feel the sunshine upon her face and know it is you kissing her. She will hear the birds chirping and know that you are singing to her. Happy Birthday!!

I just wanted to check in and say how much I miss you. It's a new and different life without you but you are with me every step of the way. A tough week of "firsts" is coming up. On the 13th, it's Ameara's 2nd birthday and she misses her "Nampa" but she sure knows who you are and we won't let her forget. Tuesday is Valentine's Day and I will miss your silly cards and beautiful flowers. Wednesday would have been your 53rd birthday and I know you'll be having a big party in Heaven...Happy...

I am so sorry to read of John's death. I only learned today when I read a letter to the editor from Pamela. I wish I had known sooner.

Back in 1995, some friends and I were starting a new Internet service business. We were located in the Plymouth building in downtown Minneapolis. Although I had listened to John on the radio, it wasn't until he walked into our offices that I learned metro traffic was the same building. He invited us up for a tour, metro traffic became a...

I knew when Joyce Lamont left KLBB that she could never be replaced. But then we got to listen to Pam, and we were blessed a while later to have John join her.

What a GREAT way to start your day with both of them.

To have a life snuffed out at such a young age is awful. But we will all remember the good that John brought out in all of us. As we all know, you could HEAR John smile on the air!!

My heartfelt condolences to you, Pam, and to all of your family. ...

Knowing John, and knowing that he was a big part of P.J.'s extra happiness after they met and wed, made a lot of people happy too. I am saddened that he is gone, however grateful that I was able to meet him and remember him with Love.

I will miss John. I woke up to the banter, had coffee to the banter, drove to work hearing the banter, and listened all morning to the banter.

I will miss his Honey Do show and all the tidbibs and humor espoused. Mostly I wil miss his voice.

I am so very sorry for your loss and the loss for everyone.

Sincerely,

Deb
