Read MoreJust last week, I was telling my niece Dana O'Connell (Robert's daughter) about Amenia, the Market in the church, the farm and time spent with Uncle John, Aunt Vera, Jack and you Fran. We had such wonderful family reunions and clam bakes.

I knew Jack since I was a young child. My family would shop at his parents grocery store. My aunt and uncle owned a local restaurant and would send me on shopping trips to the store also. Many times Jack helped me get what I needed. As the years went by I left Amenia but recently stayed in contact with Jack on Facebook. My condolences to the family. He was a kind and great person.
