John S. Maciel

I was so sorry to hear about John. I knew him 40 years ago when he and Salty Brine used to chew the fat at the pharmacy. He was a great guy, and will be sorely missed.

I was very sad to hear of John's death. I will always remember him as a caring individual. He had a knack for remembering peoples name and always addressing them with a genuine warmth.
As a former employee of Friendly Pharmacy, I learned many lessons from him that I carry with me to this day.
Today we mourn the passing of a true gentleman.
