Not sure what to say?

I remember john as a very good hockey player . I played with and
against him thru the Halifax Minor system and he was always one of the best on his teams. I remember him and suzie at the rockingham dances and u just knew they were meant for each other. A top notch guy. Him and Doctor Ron Chalmers went to Dalhousie Med School together and on passed away a week after John.

I have just learned of the passing of the man who I have the highest regard. John performed surgery on me several yrs. ago and thru his hands and the grace of God I have had a full recovery. I will surely miss him and forever be in his debt. God Bless you Dr. John.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. My thoughts are with you Susie and your family.

Dear Mackeigan Family:
Please accept my condolences for your loss. I had the privilege of knowing John for 30 yrs. as a colleague. He was a gentleman and had the "best hands" in his specialty. he will be greatly missed.

Dear Suzie and family
I just learned today that John had died...I am so sad for all of you, he was a special man to so many. My sympathy and love to all of you,
fondly, Alice

When I think of a life well lived, I think of John. Serving with him on the board of BCBSM was a privilege. He touched so many lives in so many ways.

Sincerely,

John Vandermolen, BCBSM Board of Directors

Dearest Suze, Sara, Daniel, and Jeffrey, Please accept my deepest condolances. Although I have not been in touch, I will never forget the great times my family had with yours. John had such an infectious smile and was such a talented physician. My heart goes out to you, Suze, as I lost my husband, Bill Herholtz in 2011. My prayers are with you all. Alice De Haan Herholtz
