Not sure what to say?

I served in Viet Nam with John , I was with him when he got the scar on his cheek. I was a Staff Sergeant and helped John get his is sergeant's stripes., I have lots of pictures of him if any one is still around. I am now 85, and am glad I finally found hm.

Maddy was my very good friend - I met him as a customer of DEC, the first in Jamaica.
we had many good times together and i visited with him on numerous occasions in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Calle del Sol :) where he told me a lot about his life story
I have never and shall never forget you Maddy...my friend
hasta la vista amigo

The years go by but the memories remain. So much laughter, serious conversations that led often to more laughter. You and Tyll being gone leaves emptiness where you once stood because legends are not easily replaced.....thanks for being my unforgettable good friend. Love always, Flea (Catherine Kirkland Dowhan )

Maddy,

Farewell, until we meet again.

As I often told you, you were my best friend from many years ago. We built on that friendship and ended up with a relationship that both of us wanted and cherished.

You have made the last five years of my life happier than I could ever tell you. We had so many wonderful times together. You were always willing to listen to concerns others had and offer advice and/or suggestions. You were not judgmental but...

My most sincere condolences to Maddy's family and friends. I am pleased to know from our loss a good man continued to LIVE. Reading this guest book has been so special, I am truly sorry to hear of another great person leaving us. May we all be blessed with such wonderful memories of all those we love.

Kindest Regards

Maddy, my dearest friend, all the way back to second grade, I can only think you are away on one of your trips soaring through the skies or diving in a cave, one more adventure to pursue. I'd like to add a poem you shared with me, that so beautifully tells of your friendship and generosity:

You Are A Pefect Friend

"You have known me in good times and bad times
You have seen me when I was happy and when I was sad
You have listened to me
when...

I had the great fortune to meet Maddy the summer of 61'in my home town of Old Forge,NY at the Enchanted Forest. We were both starting work there,he as Robin Hood and I the Enchanted Princess if you will. There he was dressed in the RH outfit complete with green leotards, which showed off his cute bow legs. What a sight! He had to be the most handsome Robin Hood ever,as you can imagine.Maddy was so good with the visitors to the park and the children loved him. More often than not he would hop...

To all the family and friends: My first meeting with Maddy was incredible. We met after he had received my son, Troy's heart. Maddy gave us joy, when we needed it most. It gave us a hope. I have thought of Maddy almost every day since that event took place. It was a delight when we met. It was plain to see his adventure for life compared to my sons. I know we did not choose Maddy to receive our sons heart, but I know it was a divine choosing. He was filled with compassion and he didn't mind...
