I became good friends with John ...he was intrigued when I told him my husband had worked for Chief Parker when he was a rookie cop with LAPD.....we shared a lot of laughs...he was a wonderful man and a great actor and loved his children very much ....rest in peace dear John! You will not be forgotten.
