John Joseph Mahoney, of Burton, age 66, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at McLaren-Flint. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 North Dayton Street, Davison, Father Carl A. Simon officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Traverse City. Mr. Mahoney will be at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the Mass.
