I am a random internet stranger who reads Reddit. It seems Jack might have kept a schoolwork that he left a lot of drawings in back in 1927 or so. That book, appeared in the Reddit article because someone purchased it in a box lot through an estate sale and found it charming enough to share. I found the pictures of it's pages depicting Charles Lindbergh's plane, the Spirit of St. Louis, and many blimps and aircraft of various kinds. To the family, Uncle Jack and Aunt JoAnne, as my 3 sons called them, were like family to us for so many years, neighbors at first, and dear friends after I moved from the street. My sons, Randy, Tim and Gary, my husband Bill and I were deeply saddened to learn of his passing.
