Read MoreI was Colonel Mantei's secretary when he was assigned to FTD/NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB. He was one of the nicest men I could ever have worked for. He was kind, thoughtful, courteous, and caring. We shared many laughs. My condolences to his family and may God welcome him into his kingdom.
