John T. Margie Sr.

I just learned today of John's passing. I'm so sorry that I couldn't be there to pay my respects and say goodbye. I spent some years with him at Inactive Fleet in Philadelphia; he was probably one of the most honorable men I ever met, a real war hero, and a genuinely nice guy. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I was so sorry to learn of John's passing. John and I had some great conversations as were stood watching Spartan Football. He was a tower of wisdom and every part of him supported the students of Deptford Township. Always a true gentleman, a proud Marine and a stanch supporter of his country.My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends as they mourn the passing of this great man. By our faith we know John is in a much better place. Rest in Peace John.

John was one of the finest individuals I have ever known. John always supported the students at Deptford Township High School whether it be in athletics, activities, ROTC or in the academic area. john will be greatly missed not only by his family but by everyone who came in touch with this wonderful man.
