Not sure what to say?

Karen and family I am thinking of you at your time of loss.

Moose sorry to hear of your lost. May God bless you and your family.

John Markert was my uncle. There was not a kinder, more loving man on the planet. He was a born story-teller with a marvelous sense of humor. Whenever one of us needed legal advice he was generous with his expertise. We will miss him. We love him.Cressie

Dear cousins, My heart goes out to you at these difficult times. Your father was a wonderful man. I have memories of him treating your mother like a queen. Remember the lacy long dressing gowns he used to buy her? We could always count on your dad to take a movie at every important family occasion. I'm so glad I got to see him this past summer, still full of humor and wisdom at 87, amazing! I am proud to have called him my Godfather. Hugs, Patsy

Jenny, I'm so sad that you have had to say good-bye to your Dad for now. I still miss my Dad and Mom something fierce, but they make me smile whenever I think of them. And we will see them again. We will!

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. It is hard to lose a father.

Markert family you are in my prayers as you live through this deep loss of your dad - loveJackie Bohrer - Cretin-Derham Hall

Strong and handsome, my Uncle John Markert was a man of faith who put family above all else. This included his extended family as well as his wife, Carol and their children. John was intelligent, hardworking and had the most wonderful sense of humor. He treated everyone with dignity and respect. He served as a role model to me both as a man and as a lawyer. Simply put, one of the best human beings I have known. May God bless him and his family.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your father. But, I know my parents, Maura and Bob, are there celebrating his arrival!
