Dear John,
My heart has ached for so long watching you in pain, but you are finally at peace. I will remember so many good times from when we were little kids. You were more than my cousin, you are like my brother. I wish we were able to share more time together, your life was way too short. Please know that I will always love you and you will be so deeply missed. Rest at peace in a better place.
