John Markunas

I enjoyed working with John at GE Ordnance & sharing classroom experiences in the Power Squadron. I particularly remember his kindness and concern for others and him introducing me to Shad fishing in the rapids below the dam on the Connecticut river in Springfield one spring Saturday. What a great time we had. My condolences to his family and other friends. God rest his soul and bless and comfort all who mourn his passing. He was a good man.

I am saddened to learn of John´s passing. I have so many fond memories working with John at GE. He was the life of the office. My sincerest sympathy to Jean and your family. May his memory live on forever in your heart.

Worked with John at GE and for Jean shortly at the old Jennifer House. He was very kind and also very funny. He had us all in stitches constantly. I´m very glad our paths met in life. Both very nice people. I´m sincerely sorry for your loss. May God hold you all close at this sad time.
