Not sure what to say?

Jackie was my best bud through our years at Lamar High School, cruising the streets and hangin at the Deputy Drive-In on Westheimer, drinking a lot of beers together and raising hell, along with an occasional round of golf. His mom Gracie was my boss at my first real job, soda jerk at Howard Johnson's on Bellaire Blvd. She was a sweetheart. Jackie and I briefly roomed together in "Sin Alley" after high school. An all around great guy. Lots of fond memories of a sweet soul. Love you man.

The world's loss is heaven's gain. Jackie was a wonderful man with a beautiful heart. One of the kindest people I've ever met. He will be missed, but his laugh will never be forgotten.

I loved Jack Marr and his booming laugh and big beautiful heart. I learned a lot from Jack over the years during many late night talks. Love to Wadren and to Gracie, Martha and Maggie! Rest In Peace, old friend.

Jack Marr was the heart of our family.
He loved just about everybody he ever met in a way that made it impossible not to return the same.

RIP to a wonderful man. This world misses you! -Megan Keatts

RIP Jack. You where a great friend to our family and always a beam of sweet light in our world. No bogies in heaven, my man! Enjoy the best part of life, the afterlife, and be easy on my Brother Robby. Im sure you guys are up to mischief already!! Is there a Hole in the Wall in heaven? I hope so... You and your infectious laugh will be missed but remembered fondly, always. Condolences to the family.

I was so sad to hear of Jack's passing. He was a stellar individual and will be missed by so many. He always took the time to talk golf with me and give me advice as if I understood, even though he knew I didn't really understand what he was trying to tell me at the time. Unless it was politics, I don't believe I ever heard a cross word from him. My condolences go out to Wadren and the girls and their families. Jack, I salute you dear one.
