Not sure what to say?

John,
You will be trully missed. Holiday dinners will never be the same without you. your seat will always be open, it was a pleasure to have known such a talented, and a very humorous man(remember how you danced at liz's wedding?) You and your family will always be in Beverly's,Yvette's, Jason's, and Jabari's hearts, thoughts, and prayers. You left your footprints in the sand of our lives.

I am glad I had the pleasure of working with John here at Fluke. Reading through the thoughts posted here from family and friends I'm reminded of how much the guy loved life. He could add something to any conversation and if you were smart, you listened to what he had to say. It was personally sad for me to hear of his passing. We've lost a good person. I wish the best for his family and son who he spoke of with the greatest pleasure a Dad can have.

It has taken a while to gather my thoughts on John. I could fill the servers at the times with the memories. He and I were very old friends and grew up together, we had not seen each other in years but he and I had talked about a year ago and I knew he was not well. But John and I had the kind of relationship where you don’t see each other for a couple of years and when you get together you pick up as if it were yesterday. It was so great to read the other peoples thoughts and memories about...

John, remember the end of summer when we'd all pack food & fun and hit the open roads bound for Canon Beach, Oregon where we'd reside in a beach-front house for a week. Remeber the days John when you'd take off running on the beach with nothing more than a pair of cut-offs. After a couple of hours you'd return for a long shower and back outside with a cup of coffee in one hand and a cigarette in the other just in time to see if the sunset could be any more spactacular than the night before....

For many of us we have known John since 1st Grade at St. John's Elementary school. We will remember many events and laughs shared with him in grade School and High School. Thanks John for being a part of our lives.

I worked with Johnnie at Fluke Electronics. Johnnie always provided a smile and a raised eyebrow when he so patiently took his time to help me out with my PC problems. He loved to get me going with his opinions of life! I will remember Johnnie with a smile, a chuckle, a caring heart, and making a difference at Fluke with his many talents! Connie Hall

I had the pleasure of working with John at Fluke. He was a creative and unique individual who added a great deal to our department. I will always be in debt to him for the quality reports and data he provided which made us such a professional group. I have a copy of his CD that also gave me a perspective on his musical talents. I'll miss not running into John at Green Lake.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I worked with John at Fluke Corp., he was a very caring person. I know he is no longer suffering now and is surrounded by beautiful music and scenery. Janet Sisk Petrovich

I usually addressed John as "Johnnie Lad" in a Scottish brogue because of his skills with those damn sticks referred to as golf clubs. He could have been an exceptional golfer had he practiced more and discovered a way to control his temper during play. John was an exceptional colleague at Fluke and saved my bacon many a day with his PC skills and understanding of data bases. There was not much John could not do with a PC and he always astounded me with his presentation...
