John - I had the pleasure of meeting you many years ago and you were so kind to open your home to us for the weekend. What a wonderful , whimsical home it was. We had a great time. You will be forever missed.

I just wanted to say "Thank You!" once again to the family for the befitting and loving memorial service and tribute to John Henry. His black card popped up the other day and made me smile.

I just heard that John had passed. I was fortunate to get to know him when he and his little teacup poodle moved in next door to us on Houston Street. John had a wonderful heart and beautiful spirit. One thing about John I remember is how much he loved and respected his mom and the great bond they had. In deepest sympathy – Kay Morgan

Judy, my late wife, met John at what I think was one of his first shows. She loved his work and him. His work is all over my house, most of it given to Judy by John. His ability to find beauty in scrap metal was remarkable. We will miss him and his art.
