I will always remember the fun times we shared along with my cousin Mark Mazzone. God BLess them both !!! Marco Mazzone

As the non drinker, I did my fair share of driving and being his guide during times. I will atest in the talks we had he always tried to see the best in people. I lost track of bom after lesving Birmingham but enjoyed the camaraderie he instilled st Shenanigans. Nesr as I can tell being the youngest and nondrinker that I may be all that left so hope he had a chance to enjoy life with his son and grandkids. Peace be with you

I met John in the early 80's when I worked at the drive through of the bank he did business with. Every day he would come by to make his deposits and pick up change for Shenanigans. If my co-worker and I had been out the night before (usually at his place) too late, he would bring us a special bloody mary! We had years of fun hanging out there, listening to old stories and sharing laughs. Recently I came across a red pack of matches that came from Shenanigans. I wondered where John...

I remember john well. he hung with my cousin Mark Mazzone and John Brooks just to name a couple of friends. We had some real fun together. Will always remember him.

KNEW JOHN THROUGH MY COUSIN MARK MAZZONE AND I GREW UP IN SAME NEIGHBORHOOD. HAD LOTS OF FUN WITH JOHN. I VISITED HIM IN FLA AND HE VISITED ME AT KENT STATE DURINGOUR COLLEGE DAYS. WE HUNG AROUND TOGETHER. MISS JOHN. MAY THE LORD BLESS HIS SOUL.

He was a great friend who always thought of others first. A day with John was guaranteed to be a day of fun and drinking. Every memory of John brings a smile to my face. He is missed!

Yes, almost a year and I miss him as much as the day he passed. BUT, he visits me often in dreams and I know he is well! God Bless
