John was Best Man in our wedding in 1965. My wife and I had a wonderful friendship with John and his family. I have recalled many times our STHS activities and enjoyed playing the trumpet with him and also the hunting trips to Perry County. I only wish we had known that we were so close here in Florida so we could have caught up. I will truly miss him and send condolences to the entire family from me and my wife Donna (nee Longenecker)
