Julie, You have been on my mind a lot lately so I got online trying to find an address or some kind of link to you when I found Jeremy's pictures. I know you must be so proud of him. I sure am! But I was so sad to see Bill's obituary. Bill was so full of life. I remember the last letter I received from you. It was filled with joy and excitement because you and Bill had been saved and planning a missionary trip. I also remember meeting Bill for the first time and how he was so in...

You and Mr. Mavis were always so wonderful to my family and my parents always treasured your friendship! May God ne with you.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill and I were in the USAF at Rantoul for six months. He was a great guy to be around. We certainly drank more than a few beers together. I will always have fond memories of those days. I ended up in Las Vegas for three and a half years, and came back to Decatur in 1973. I ran into him a couple of times at LSB. I never saw him after that. Best wishes . He was a great guy and Air Force buddy. Bob Davis
