John May was the heart and soul of Fremd High School. His retirement left a huge void. He was close to the Fremd students and faculty. What a prince of man--one in a million!

Mr. May truly made this world a better place, he will be truly missed. I will always remember him walking with me in the halls of Fremd while I was growing up and even while I walked the halls as a student, he ALWAYS had a wonderful hug and a warm smile... To this day I donate blood whenever I can because of watching he and my Mom at countless blood drives... Thoughts and prayers go out to the family and all those lives he touched, it was a better world because of him...

Mr. May was a phenomenal man. I was lucky enough to not only see his smiling face in the halls of Fremd High School, but also at Saturday evening Mass at St. Colette. Mr. May always greeted me with a great big bear hug when I would be home from college and at church. He was an amazing man with such a huge heart, a wonderfully gentle sense of humor, and those beautiful smiling eyes. He will be greatly missed!
